Gemma, Susie and most recently Eugene have fixed my many injuries and with out them I would still be in a tremendous amount of pain. I highly recommend GW Sports Therapy. You will be in safe hands!

Sam Healy I had an amazing experience at Silvermere Softplay! Its the perfect place for kids to burn off some energy while having tons of fun. The play area is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a wide range of activities that cater to kids of all ages. My little one loved the climbing structures, slides, and ball pit — they had so much fun and didn’t want to leave! The staff were friendly and helpful, always on hand to ensure everything was safe and running smoothly. The café also deserves a shout-out, offering a great selection of snacks and drinks for both kids and adults. It’s definitely a place I’ll be coming back to, and I highly recommend it to anyone with young children. Silvermere Softplay is a fantastic family-friendly destination!

Steve Parkes The best old school gym around for miles. Plenty of plate loaded equipment and machines to have an amazing workout whatever your training. I paid £4 for a one off session and will certainly be going more often when Im in the area at that price.

Lulu Forever I usually get my BIAB done at a salon a bit further away, but they were fully booked this time, so after reading a few reviews I decided to try Sunrise Nails—and I’m really glad I did. I paid £35 to have my BIAB redone in this lovely brown almond shape. I booked a 9am appointment online and was finished by 9:50. You might think that sounds rushed, but the technician was simply very quick and efficient. He filed, polished, and had me out the door with a loyalty stamp before I even realised. I’d highly recommend them. They have a great range of colours and can do stunning nail designs, which I’ll definitely try next time. One thing to note: they don’t take card payments, so make sure to bring cash. I didn’t realise, but luckily I was able to leave my things, pop to a cash machine two minutes away, and come back to settle the bill without any fuss.

Bianca Best Alex literally transformed my body and how I look at fitness forever! Id been stuck in the same workout funk for 30 years (learned from a Cindy Crawford DVD way back when!!) so I now finally get what a truly enlivened, fit, functioning, STRONG body looks and feels like and how to maintain it. Alex is fantastic to work with - encouraging, knowledgeable, professional and super upbeat even if I felt sluggish so I am super grateful I worked with him for the past year and am sure well work together again in the future. I recommend him HIGHLY! Hes BRILLIANT!!!!!
