1 /5 Alicia: I had a smoothie here and was appalled by the hygiene standards. The trainee making my drink admitted he didn’t have a food hygiene certificate and then licked his fingers before putting the lid on my smoothie. Within hours I became seriously unwell, and I strongly believe this was the cause. This is completely unacceptable and a major food safety risk - customers deserve far better.

3 /5 Emilia Radek: The food’s good, but it’s annoying that the kitchen’s meant to close at 8pm on Wednesdays and they shut it at 7:45. I couldn’t get anything after my 7pm class…..

2 /5 esat kolege: Good menu bad execution. Prioritizing deliveroo orders vs in store and leading delays. Service staff churn high so you can never guess how long the food will take. This is for Mayfair branch.

1 /5 A Mladenov: You are very tired and you want to have something to eat, when you order the member of staff tells you: today 7/02/2025 there is no members of staff to help me, so the kitchen is closed. I am wondering what is the manager doing? Why there is no staff members to work. We are in a central area of London and we expect to have at least the minimum in this club ! We are paying high fees for the membership and it seems like the management is not around. The idea of being in a collection club is to have the service operating , otherwise We can go to third Space and have a normal and more enjoyable experience. at least food must be provided!
