FS8 High Street Kensington -

Rating: 5 /5
Natalie Khouri FS8 unexpectedly became my FAVORITE studio in London! After struggling to find pilates classes as tough as those in NYC, I found a fantastic burn at FS8. I love how they have different class options mixing in mat, reformer and strength/intensity workouts. Since the workouts are determined by HQ, every class feels different than the last and you don’t have to rely on scheduling around a specific instructor. Every single one of the instructors and owners are also incredibly friendly and so welcoming. The small studio ensures you’re getting the proper attention on fixing your form and strengthening your body. Love that they also create a community for their members. Happy to be a part of a studio where I’m always excited for the next class!

London Pilates4U - Brentford

Kinga Latoszek Pilates4U studio is amazing, I have been attending to their Hanwell branch for a few months, and I was over the moon that they opened new location moments from my home! Studio is STUNNING, great location and views, air coned, brand new equipment, always clean and classes always start on time. Begginer level is great for EVERYONE to join, male or female. They also offer matt classes as well as reformer and individual lessons. I met both owners Rima and Renata personally, and they make perfect business match, they are very passionate about everything they do, which makes them so successful. I would especially recommend workshops that they occasionally do its a fantastic challenge if you are intermediate/advanced.

Georgia Starke The best workout in London. So grateful for the amazing manager, Amalia, and all the instructors. I’ve never been to a class that wasn’t fun and challenging but Emmett’s arms & abs class had me sore in places I had never felt before. I love this place so much

Dr Afshin A tidy boutique gym, though on the smaller side. The range of machines and equipment is somewhat limited, making it less suited for serious or advanced athletes, but perfectly fine for warming up or a lighter session. They no longer provide towels, which is a bit inconvenient. I’ve been a few times on a short five-session pass and for a week’s access for temporary use it does the job nicely. Overall, a decent option if you’re nearby and looking for something simple and clean.

Swimming Nature - Kensington -

Kiki Kayembe Maria is an amazing teacher. She puts you at ease and her instructions are clear and easy to follow. I’m am a beginner but by the end of my first lesson I could tread water, float and swim on my back and do the breaststroke. She is very dedicated and patient. I used to be afraid to learn to swim, she made it fun. I’m still learning and having fun doing it.

Mel N I’ve been attending the Reshape classes regularly and have seen amazing results!! Emma is a fantastic trainer who always keeps an eye on your technique, and Zack pushes you in the best way to make sure you get the most out of every session. The FOH team is also incredibly kind and welcoming; especially the gentleman with black hair and round glasses (you’re a star)
