Mada strojny I joined this gym at the end of September, about 10 weeks ago, and I already feel like I’ve been part of it for much longer. I use their semi-private training service (one trainer with up to three people), and I really love it. It feels much more personal and community-focused compared to big commercial gyms. In just 10 weeks, I’ve already noticed improvements in my muscle strength and overall well-being. The trainers are incredibly friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable, and the people who come to train are also great. It honestly feels like I’ve known them for ages. I’m very happy I joined—highly recommended!

Aman Khutan Shaolin Gym Kung Fu is an excellent place to learn Kung Fu for all age groups. New techniques are learnt each session that includes weapons, forms and basic techniques. The instructor is outstanding and teaches good discipline. He has so much knowledge on sports science too. Highly recommended for those that wish to learn a Martial Art seriously.

Anita Reddy Spent the day here on Sunday- a very hot day. Unsurprisingly it was crowded with not enough sunloungers for the number of people- we had to spread our towels on bare concrete. Just too crowded in general, I think numbers should be controlled a bit more- lifeguards were trying their best to manage behaviour but it was hard. Other than that I actually enjoyed swimming here and didnt think the conditions were too bad- of course there were insects and leaves in an outdoor pool, thats what you get! Would return, but Id try and avoid the peak days/times I think.

Tonia Drysdale Saw this branch on my way home. Asked the young man if they had the mountain climber and inner/outer thigh machine. Yes to both. Used the gym the next day and it was absolutely the best. He welcomed me and took me to the bar as said I wanted to stretch. Got me a step platform to help me up. Showed me where to shower etc. I had such a good time and wished it was my local branch. Very clean, air conditioned, cleaning stations dotted about, everything worked and had purpose. Highly recommend this branch. Sadly its to far to travel to every day. I have handed in my notice to my local branch as no benefit going where equipment is lacking. They actually have equipment that nobody uses, which is pointless.
