5 /5 Sana A: I signed up a few months ago for Pilates and have since tried some of the other classes too — I can honestly say I love them all! The instructors are wonderful, the atmosphere is always welcoming, and there’s such a nice sense of community in every class.
I originally joined on a one-month package to see how it went, but I’m now a regular and look forward to every session. The classes strike the perfect balance of being challenging yet fun, and the supportive vibe makes them even more enjoyable.
I especially appreciate that most of the members are women, which creates a real sense of togetherness, and the Pilates classes feel really well-designed for the female body. As someone who also lifts weights, I’ve found Pilates to be the perfect complement — the contrast works brilliantly for me :-)
