Matthew Hibbs Amazing family swim in the lagoon pool and totem splash pad. Recently visited with our 18 month old who loved it so much. The centre was very clean and modern. £1 returnable for the lockers. The temperature was warm as was the water so she could splash about for a long time and didnt get cold at all. There was free parking also. What an amazing experience well worth travelling to if out of area.

u s This is one of the smaller MoreYoga studios I have been to. The space is narrow and long so can feel crowded with a full class. That being said, it feels more private as there is not a large window into the space. I come here when the class times are convenient for my schedule. It’s nice to have so many locations in SE London.

Christopher Bombusa I highly recommend Patrick as a trainer and coach. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and truly understands how to get the best out of you. In just a few months, he’s helped me lose over 10kg and feel so much more confident in myself. His guidance is clear, his sessions are well-structured, and he always knows how to keep you motivated... even on the tough days. Paul Maskell Newham Boys best junior club in the east end its great for 8 to 10 year old who are beginners Joey Chapman is the best youth trainer in the country and has gone onto train many champions.

Justyna Gamea Without a doubt, the best gym. Two floors, excellent equipment, and great facilities. Cleanliness is kept to a very high standard, which is rare in commercial gyms. But it’s the team that truly makes this gym stand out! Big shout-out to Josh, Sweety, and Sam for creating such a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere. Special shout-out to Sam — an exceptional PT, highly recommended.
