Rebecca Scott The manager and the team here are great - has a community atmosphere. It’s always clean and tidy and they try to find out what the community want in terms of classes. It is tiny! So be ready to be friendly with the other people working out. Good for calisthenics / other body weight work / free weights.

Max Wayman This gym is a hidden gem. Quiet at the right times with stunning sunset views of the City. In many ways it feels more exclusive than the subterranean luxe gyms nearby that cost 10 x more and are 10 x busier. No frills, but I live 2 minutes away, so don’t need a towel and luxe showers. Very friendly and helpful staff - they are all lovely. Luca the PT is a top tier trainer and a credit to the gym.

Havovi K Absolutely fantastic gym! Couldnt recommend it enough. I knew immediately that this place was unique and a rare find. The trainers are brilliant, really take the time to teach and encourage you. Each week you build on strength, stamina, and skill. They have a very positive and healthy teaching method - challenging you but also motivating you! Stu and Sarah taught my course and each class with them was so much fun. A lot of work too, its not easy! But the sense of achievement that you feel afterwards is unmatched! Its the highlight of my week, and a very special community here for sure! Will continue coming for as long as i can :)
