Wanderlust * I recently visited Rena Spa at Tower Bridge for a spa day and massage, and it was definitely one of the best massages I’ve ever had. My therapist, Flori, was exceptional. She was thorough, attentive, and genuinely skilled at her craft. She took the time to ask how I preferred my massage and ensured my comfort throughout the entire session. I couldn’t recommend her enough; I’ll definitely be returning for another massage with her very soon. The spa area itself was lovely. Very clean, tidy, and offering all the amenities I’d expect from a top-tier spa. The atmosphere was tranquil and relaxing mostly, perfect for unwinding. The only slight downside was the pool area, it became extremely busy as the morning progressed. At times, there were no chairs available to sit down, and the sauna and hot tub were very crowded. For someone who prefers a bit more privacy and a quieter atmosphere, it felt a bit overwhelming at time That said, I still managed to enjoy my time there and left around midday when it was too busy and noisy. I appreciate the venue is part of a hotel so it’s tricky to know how many people will be using the facilities especially on the weekend. I will book a weekday evening next time to see if that’s a little quieter. Overall, I highly recommend Rena Spa at Tower Bridge for its quality service and lovely setting. Just plan to arrive early to make the most of the facilities before they get busy!

Melissa Parle Highly recommend Pilates studio. It’s a clean, calm, welcoming studio which offers everything you need. The instructor’s are kind, positive and welcoming so if it’s your first or 100th time you are always treated well! The classes are positioned just right, I love the elevate and explore classes and they are perfect for once you’ve mastered the fundamental basics! Lottie is lovely - she always takes the time to chat, listen and provide a space and class that gives you exactly what you need. 100% recommend!!!

Ania Scibior A lovely new reformer studio in a great location. The space is clean, beautifully decorated, and the toilet facilities are spotless. The orientation session was super helpful, and the instructor was firm but lovely—thanks to her I discovered muscles I didn’t even know I had! Great value for central London—highly recommend!

Vinesh Gym is right near my flat so very convenient. Nice small local gym which has everything I need. Just dont expect anything big - this isnt a Fitness First - just a very convenient local gym which is perfect if you live nearby. There are a some things that make it slightly awkward though e.g. its advised not to use lockers outside of staffed hours in case you cant open them to retrieve your belongings - as they are key pad activated - why not just have pad locked lockers? That would fix the whole issue. I solve this issue by just carrying all valuables on me and leaving everything else in cubby hole area - it works but still mildly annoying.
