Manjiri Chitnis Puja is certified yoga teacher and highly experienced in dealing with people who have specific issues to target, for example lower back pain issues. She is patient, kind and makes sure all poses are done correctly. I started attending her online video classes during the pandemic in 2020 and havent looked back! I would highly recommend Puja as a Yoga teacher. Her classes always leave me feeling great physically and mentally. Her guided meditation sessions are very relaxing. I have noticed positive changes visible on the outside and inside. Thank you Puja!
