Emily Binning I’ve been joining Gen’s online classes for a month now and I’m addicted :) Every class is different, it’s a mental and physical challenge and you can expect to see and feel the results quickly. Gen is a fantastic teacher, she makes you feel welcome, she guides you through and explains everything so clearly. Also if I’ve had any queries outside of the class she responds so quickly. I have no doubt I’ve found a gem in Gen, she is super talented and makes Barre accessible and fun!!

Reno Messina I was introduced to Emily by my wife. After sustaining back to back football related muscle injuries my physio suggested they may be due to muscle tightness linked to an increase in working from home. My physio suggested I take up Pilates to maintain muscle flexibility and core strength. When I started, Emily took time to understand my needs and tailored a Pilates plan to help. My progress has been amazing. Not only have I seen a big improvement in my flexibility and core strength but I have been injury free since starting Pilates. All thanks to Emily.

Krav Generation Krav Generation. I went along to the Leisure centre to view the facilities with the view to holding my Krav Maga self-defence classes at the centre. The building was clean, light and well ventilated. The studio was under renovation so it was difficult to see what it looked like but from what I viewed of the rest of the facilities, I am sure it will be up to a great standard. There was ample parking, although the lighting outside could be improved upon. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
