Xander Shrewsbury Forgotten Circus School has kept me sane these past few months! Ive been doing regular hoop classes and recently did a 1 week intensive and have learned so many skills, got my body in a much better shape and leave feeling amazing. Everyone is so friendly and positive and its a really nice space. Cant recommend enough

Edryl Adloc A place where you can spend a great time with your young ones. This facility offers a lot of activities for both adult and children which includes swimming training or just a quick dip into the pool with your babies. The pool is also accessible for individuals with special educational needs which is really amazing. The huge slide inside is also worth to try. Just do not forget to bring a coin to access the lockers; you can get your coin back before you leave. Baggy park, vending machine and cafe are also available inside. You might not be able to bring phones or camera to take photo inside.

Eleanor F Yana holds fortnightly yoga sessions at our care home for the elderly residents. The sessions are well received by both residents and staff. The sessions comprise of an hour, where Yana takes the attendees through some gentle strengthening exercises, as well as practicing mindfulness. It is a great way for the residents to relax and enjoy some quiet, thoughtful time. Yana blends her own essential oils which make the room smell amazing!!
