Everyone is welcome in class, no matter their Pilates experience, and Emma always gives different options for every exercise so you can push yourself as much or as little as you like. I can also highly recommend 1-1 sessions with Emma which have really helped me build both my strength and my confidence.

5 /5 Anita Rattigan: If you want to look longer and leaner but keep your strength, you can’t beat doing Reformer Pilates with Emma. I’ve had some good Pilates teachers but Emma is excellent. Not only is her teaching spot on in terms of form, alignment, and exercise cues, but she makes Pilates easy to understand whether you’re a beginner or not. It makes for a really good class where you come away feeling you’ve stretched, and worked every muscle in your body. Highly recommend!

It made such a difference to my health and well being. I used to suffer from back and shoulder pain, which have nearly all disappeared now. She brings so much good energy and fun to her classes that I’m looking forward to every sessions! The classes are very inclusive which I love!

Emma Williamson Can’t recommend this place highly enough. I came across them when I was looking for strength training classes as a complete novice. I’ve been a member for a couple of months now and just love coming here. Classes are challenging but tailored to your abilities allowing you to see weekly progression. The team are friendly and encouraging and will always take the time to inform and correct posture or moves if needed. Memberships are fairly priced and the unlimited package is amazing value. There really is something for everyone here. Honestly one of the best things I’ve ever done was signing up to this gym. If you want to improve fitness with people who genuinely care about your wellbeing this is the place for you!

Amaziah Davis My son loves this class. His teacher, Steven, is very inspiring and has a great sense of humour. All the kids have a brilliant time - lots a laughs and smiles. I would highly recommend this school for anyone interested in martial arts.
