Not only do they offer genuinely healthy food and drinks, but also amazing classes that nourish the mind, body and soul - all at affordable prices to enable so many more people to participate. I just attended my first boxing class and it was amazing! The teacher was so professional and lovely and she really knew what she was doing and wanted the best for the class. Would highly recommend!

5 /5 Jonathan Hackenbroch: Great Gym! I have been going to the boxing classes since the start and have enjoyed every session. The classes are small, well priced, friendly, suitable for all ages and are adapted to each person’s level. Robbie does an amazing job in splitting the class and giving time to everyone. Highly recommend the class if you want to give boxing a try, there is no judgement or pressure here and whether you are a complete beginner or already boxing familiar this is a great place to develop your skills and get a great workout. Everyone at this gym is really helpful, friendly and welcoming.

They offer loads of different classes with amazing trainers for all different age groups, Im always looking forward to my sessions!!! They also have an awesome smoothie bar, everything is delicious especially the Acai bowls, so many fruits and toppings to try..perfect for keeping healthy and after work out!!!
