Zone4 Brighton & Hove - Brighton and Hove

Rating: 5 /5
Allana Falconer Zone4 is exactly what Brighton and Hove was missing... a high-performance gym with top-notch facilities, a strong sense of community, and the perfect space to recover. Whether you’re training for a HYROX event or simply looking to take your fitness to the next level, this is the place to be. The equipment is excellent, and the coaches are genuinely invested in your progress. Friendly, approachable, and supportive, they make every session count. Zone4 isn’t just a gym, it’s where you get 1% better each time, surrounded by a team that feels like family. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Sarah Knight Nicolle worked with my mother on general mobility improvement and has done an AMAZING job! She is so professional whilst being sympathetic to mums ability and energy levels from week to week. I would 100% recommend Nicolle and her skills - which also included letting me know how Mum was getting on - which was essential as I live a distance away.

Caroline Chopra I have attended Tina’s group fitness classes for the last four years and they have had a big impact on my fitness level and overall well being. As an office worker, I rely on these classes to relieve shoulder strain and build core strength. I’ve been to Tina’s strength (weights) classes, fitness Pilates and the Saturday morning mix tape class which is a full body workout to well known songs. The classes are inclusive and well structured, building up gradually which really reduces the risk of strains and injuries. They are fun and you don’t notice the time go by, which is really important if you want to build good habits and stick with an exercise plan. Tina often suggests a range of ways to exercise particular muscle groups to accommodate a range of fitness levels and abilities. These are excellent classes, don’t hesitate to give them a go!
