Yemi Fatoki First gym I found with big enough equipment for tall guys. The staff is super friendly and the members are amazing. Feels really comfortable, the vibe is super chill even though they are serious about gyming and body building. Absolutely love it here.

Christopher Stansbury Great pool, great staff and great cafe! Gym is small and personal and normally very quiet. Downstairs dry changing is better than wet change for gym.

Katie Donaldson I love working with Olivia! I love our sessions - I feel so great after them. I feel stronger, and I feel like I have more length. Ive been working with her virtually for almost 5 years now. Ive also learned som much from her. Im in the US and have many studio options here but I stick with Olivia because shes the best. I cannot recommend her enough!

Elsa Vieira The week Classes really push you regardless of the length of time you have been doing them. Jack always ensures that there are different options depending on your fitness levels. 1:1 sessions are also great I have seen a massive difference in myself since joining in January this year. I would highly recommend Jack to anyone who is looking at getting into shape or improving your overall fitness levels. He is so welcoming & Professional and really tailors the work outs based on individual needs.
