1 /5 Lily Eals: Went swimming on Sunday and the changing rooms are disgusting. Not sure when they were last given a decent clean but there was muck all over the walls. The worst was in the first cubicle there were tiny bugs Ive never seen before with round bodies, jumping like fleas but with wings like flies. I did tell the young man on the desk but I doubt itll be passed on.

3 /5 BobiM: In general I give 7 of 10 . Staff are good and helpful when you need something of them . Besides of them : General cleaning is 6/5 of 10... Shower room and changing area and under benches usually you can see rubbishes .mens changing room in basement of building are not clean and showers walls are dirty and getting mouldy that shows it has not cleaned and checked for long time. lockers in men changing room are in terrible situation. Most of them are broken or hasnt got lock. Also there isnt enough water fountain for drinking .at least it needs 2 more at this building. Unfortunately the only one at lobby is NOT fully functional and not giving cold water. Its very necessary as we know in gym area for hydration. _Just wondering where those money from council and joining members and selling tickets at entrance goes!!? Surely It should be better condition for large quantities people of Hastings. They deserve better. With regards.

4 /5 Spirited Away: Nice family venue for leisure activities. Very nice location and adequate parking spaces. Many leisure activities to choose from swimming, indoor sports and karate classes to name a few. Parking fee is reasonable with disabled car parking. Highly recommended.

5 /5 Christopher Stansbury: Great pool, great staff and great cafe! Gym is small and personal and normally very quiet. Downstairs dry changing is better than wet change for gym.

2 /5 ELT 1234: I was so reluctant to write this because I love swimming here and the staff are lovely however, the facilities are in need of an uplift! The toilets are awful and the changing rooms are filled with the smell of urine, broken lockers, broken doors, slippery floors and mould. The seating area has broken seats, broken tiles, yellow tape telling you where you can’t sit and a roof that looks like a deflated air bag that’s gone off. I have tried to get through to the centre via phone on several occasions and the phone either cuts me off or doesn’t allow me to press the correct option. I cancelled a membership and they still took a payment. This payment was suppose to be returned to me in 10 working days and it’s now been nearly 20 working days. To make matters worse, they took another payment. I have emailed as well without a response for the second payment and still can’t get through on the phone. Real shame..
