Sarah Carpenter I joined Fonseca Reformer six months ago having never tried Reformer Pilates before, and it’s been a brilliant experience. The studio is beautiful, the instructors are knowledgeable and supportive, and the sense of community is genuinely welcoming. I felt encouraged from day one, and it’s quickly become something I really look forward to, and has become a regular fixture in my fitness routine. Highly recommend.

M Sulaj Training with Nemesis has been amazing for our daughter. She has learned so much in a short time and feels proud of the progress she’s made. Thanks to the support and dedication of Peter and the whole team we can really see her skills and confidence grow. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Nicholas Tye Amanda conducts her Pilates programme with real focus on her participants and she continually stresses that we should listen to our own bodies and do what we can. This is so important to me as I have just taken up Pilates in the last two years when in my 70s. I have found Pilates, however, to be of enormous benefit in improving my core strength, balance and flexibility and am confident that is has helped me continue to play competitive tennis . Natalie Dewberry I have been joining Amanda for Pilates online for just over 2 years. I find the Monday evening session very enjoyable and relaxing. I work in an office and spend a lot of time at my desk, so I look forward to my session with Amanda. I always feel I have had a good stretch and a work out after the session and the next day! The online sessions work perfectly for me, as I find it difficult to get motivated to go out again once I am home from work. My only regret is I whish I had joined her classes a lot sooner!

Peter Naniima Had a 4 aside football game there. Indoor pitch is good. Generally, the place is good, and people are friendly and welcoming. Facilities such as changing rooms were clean, and the bathrooms too were good with warm water I did see some boxing facilities, cant comment, I know nothing about boxing Added a few pics

Pippina Lurch Excellent service by two ladies called Kat & Saima last weekend. Very friendly store. They took the time to tell me about the running club and pilates and gave great advice on suitable leggings for myself. I will be back very soon.
