selina zaman TVAC Boot camp sessions have been challenging yet fun. I have seen fantastic results in a short period of time, I have joined since Nov 2012 and my monthly fitness tests have been improving every month, this has motivated me to continue on with these super fun classes. Professional, motivating and supportive instructors have giving me a new way of challenging myself and getting super fit in time for the New Year. Guess I cant wait for 2014 sessions to start which enables me to set myself some new goals for the coming summer. I strongly recommend these classes to each and every one, great change in breaking free from the gym and seeing some superb results by having fun sessions:-).

Miss Ty A nice and family orientated centre. Gym, swimming centre, play area, party centres, cafe, basket ball centre and plenty of free parking outside. Charging car ports, disabled pays, mother and parent parking too. The place is totally revamped. The users need to do those bit with regards to keeping the premises tidy by being respectful, if it’s too last. Staff are polite and welcoming.

Jaime Price I rejoined this gym 8 weeks ago. Have used it on and off over the years. Myself and a work colleague decided it was time to start to get into shape. We used the gym for a week then thought wed ask for a gym indication as on the app none available after school hours which we needed ( as work in a school) we spoke to a gentleman on the reception desk , and he said he would pass our details onto the lady who does it. She emailed me the next day and advised she could fit us both in thr next day. Her name is Lisa, she showed us around the gym and was very thorough and polite and very helpful. During the October half term, I managed to try out some day classes and daytime swimming and aqua aerobics. All of the instructors were so helpful as it was our first time, classes were great fun and made us ache the next day. We one day saw lisa , and asked if shed could show us how to use some.different machine, and she did, again she was brilliant. The staff there are always polite , say hello, day goodbye and make general chit chat. Always feel welcome , even on the days I feel nervous about doing a new class I know ill be fine as they are all very polite. Hopefully in a year ill be a fitter and healthier person. And I know I will be thanks to the support off the staff here. Thankyou :-)

Natalie Dewberry I have been joining Amanda for Pilates online for just over 2 years. I find the Monday evening session very enjoyable and relaxing. I work in an office and spend a lot of time at my desk, so I look forward to my session with Amanda. I always feel I have had a good stretch and a work out after the session and the next day! The online sessions work perfectly for me, as I find it difficult to get motivated to go out again once I am home from work. My only regret is I whish I had joined her classes a lot sooner!

Fizzah Bhatti I have been doing pole fitness for 2 years now and my strength, confidence and flexibility has completely changed. Going to the gym VS pole fitness has enhanced my upper body especially. Maxine and Brenda are excellent teachers who always push and encourage you to try new things and show you what youre capable of. The classes is completely diverse with all ages, strengths and sizes- everyone is very supportive and makes you feel very comfortable and confident.

Simon Hancock I saw the advert for this when driving to work and called Simon. After speaking with him, he seemed very informative and knowledgeable in how he could help me reach my goals. I booked a block of 10 sessions with him of which Im half way through. Ive seen weight loss and muscle gains already and cant wait to train with him again. I never thought keeping fit and ripped would be so much fun !!
