My nails came out flawless — great shape, perfect length, and they feel super strong. The salon is clean, friendly, and relaxing. I’ll definitely be back!

1 /5 Vanessa Bliss: Negative experience on natural nails - they were much healthier before the treatment! I don’t like to write a negative review as the staff were pleasant enough and I appreciate this is their livelihood but days later my daughter and I are very unhappy about the state of our nails since visiting the salon. They used a nail drill over the entire nail surface and cuticle, cut cuticles with nipper, then filed nails very fast and very short (clipper on child so even shorter). This left my daughter with several painful stinging cuticles! I was also shocked at the lack of hygiene as all tools were unclean/reused without any attempt to clean or sterilise. I don’t usually have manicures but in hindsight should have left immediately. We removed the polish soon after and the surface of our nails is covered in scratches with discoloured areas around cuticle where I presume the drill was used more. The nails feel incredibly dry and no amount of nail oil helps and now (4 days later) the skin is peeling below the cuticles. I’ve ordered a keratin repair treatment in the hope it helps the rough dry surface! Admittedly the people getting gel nails looked happy and the result looked good, maybe they’re used to the drilling! I waited a few days to write this so I wouldn’t be so mad about it but now will have to wait a long time for the nails to completely grow out. I am more upset for my daughter who was excited for her first manicure as a treat but is now sad about her nails. Photo is two days later just after removing polish and washing hands, trying to show rough surface. Update: Additional photo three weeks later.
