2 /5 Maria Vasileva: I went there a couple months ago for a manicure with gel base and shellac and was very pleased with the service I received. However, when I went for the second time i had a different staff member work on me and the quality just wasn’t there. I came with gorgeous long almond-shaped nails, I told her I want the same shape but shorter, but the lady made them very oval and misshaped despite telling her a few times that I want my nails sharper. She cut a few of my fingers when removing my cuticles and I was bleeding even after the appointment. The shellac wasn’t laid evenly either, with bumps and colour difference in places. Overall a completely different experience this time around, I won’t be coming for a 3rd visit. The quality of work between the different nail techs varies way too much.

5 /5 Petra Gulyassy: I am a regular customer and enjoy the option to have my nails done by trainee. Its less money, Im satisfied with the quality and service provided. It takes a little bit longer to get them done than by a qualified person but I do enjoy the friendly atmosphere, chatting and cup of coffee whilst he ING my nails done ....so dont really mind it. I highly recommend it....the ladies are very knowledgeable and helped me to stop biting my nails and move from acrilic to bio gel...which is done on my very own nails....its quicker cheaper and more healthier option. Thank you ladies xx
