Kate S In the past I have often found salons intimidating but not at Beautique, they are all so welcoming and it really is a relaxed, warm friendly environment. I feel that they actually listen to what I am asking for and Gabriella suggested straightening options for my hair which has been a game changer! I had a small issue where the product was affecting the colour (not the fault of the salon, just how my hair reacted) and we chatted about options and tried something else, I was even encouraged to pop in so she could see for herself how it was looking. I cannot rate the salon and all the staff highly enough and I’ve gone from hating going to salons to really looking forward to my appointments. Sometimes I’m even lucky enough to get to say hello to this little one...best salon ever!
