Charlotte Saker Execellent customer service went above and beyond. Spoke to Julian M who kindly helped me arrange a complex delivery due having a health condition and needing some vital equipment to help get me better. He was very empathetic, gave me all the options, answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision for me. Im very excited and more importantly reassured, confident and would recommend anyone who needs help to speak to him.

Lifting ladies - 6 Northampton St

Rating: 5 /5
virginia list Best small PT group training in North London! I have trained with all the coaches here (Trang, Mia and Rox) and all of them are amazing and really professional. LEARN TO LIFT course is v helpful to approach strength training. Explanations of all the basic techniques, calm and supportive environment and tailor made approach to each individual needs. Also nice spot and brand new top tier gym equipments. Really recommended the assisted stretching session to release muscles tension after weight training!

PHX GYM Brighton - Brighton and Hove

Rating: 4.5 /5
Aston Seymour I’ve been a member of Phoenix Brighton for the past two months, and it’s genuinely a fantastic place to train. I’ve had previous memberships elsewhere at local council gyms, and while those gyms were fine, they were small, counter-run spaces with limited equipment and availability. Phoenix Brighton, on the other hand, is spacious with a huge variety of machines. Even during peak hours, there are always plenty of stations free, something my previous gym could never offer. The situation was even worse for juniors there, where strict time slots had to be booked a week in advance. Phoenix has no such restrictions, making it a far better environment for younger members. They can train alongside more experienced gym-goers, which really helps them learn and grow in confidence. The equipment at Phoenix Brighton is exceptional. It’s Panatta, the Lamborghini of gym equipment—solid, smooth, and built to perform. My workouts have completely transformed since joining, and I genuinely look forward to going every day. The atmosphere is great too. The music selection is varied and energising, not just the same repetitive radio playlists you hear elsewhere. The counter offers a good range of whey protein powders and other high-protein snacks, plus there’s a cold water bubbler—small touches that make a big difference. Overall, Phoenix Brighton is a top-tier, professional gym. I highly recommend it. Don’t waste your time elsewhere.

Henry Senca I joined TFC when I was stuck in a loop with my training. I’d been trying to fix my posture, deal with hypermobility, build strength, and find a routine that didn’t fall apart. Nothing was clicking I kept overthinking and losing momentum. Since working with TFC everything’s become structured and achievable. They helped me break down my goals: improving posture, fixing movement issues, building strength properly, and creating a routine I can stick to. Training isn’t random anymore. I know exactly what I’m working on and why, and I’ve made real progress that actually feels sustainable.

Yoga with Yana Worthing -

Rating: 5 /5
Eleanor F Yana holds fortnightly yoga sessions at our care home for the elderly residents. The sessions are well received by both residents and staff. The sessions comprise of an hour, where Yana takes the attendees through some gentle strengthening exercises, as well as practicing mindfulness. It is a great way for the residents to relax and enjoy some quiet, thoughtful time. Yana blends her own essential oils which make the room smell amazing!!
