F45 Training Old Street - (Near City of London, UK)

Mass This gym has been a safe space for me to train, helped massively by how friendly and welcoming the staff and members are. For the money, the value is honestly unbelievable. A special big up to Oya (hope I’ve spelled your name right). He is amazing and takes immense pride in his work. He’s constantly helping and is a true pillar of a company that will only continue to grow from strength to strength. Mass

How can getting unbearably hot and out of breath be fun.. it just is with the music and the class plan being so carefully thought out for quite literally the best work out you will ever do! Highly recommend Alex, Kate moss & Ashleigh at BXR city and Danni at BXR Marylebone. Incredible trainers and such good music! Marylebone: Changing rooms at Marylebone are massive, immaculate and have a shared male and female steam room and an all female sauna. The showers are always clean and stocked up with body wash, shampoo & conditioner and there are GHD hair-dryers & straighteners, deodorant, cotton buds, micellar water, cotton pads & lots of well lit mirrors for getting ready after showering. There is also a Joe the juice within the gym for a healthy snack / protein shake or coffee before or after work outs. City: Changing rooms at City are smaller but still always clean and stocked with same products and have a shared male and female steam room. The staff at front desk are nice and friendly and make me feel really welcome. 10/10 gym!

The equipment selection is top-notch, and the massive variety of creative classes and resident DJs ensure youll never get bored. If youre looking for a gym with an excellent vibe and world-class facilities in the City, this is it.

rahul jambhulkar I went here in one of the studios for an event . Loved that there are studios where people can host events . Didnt went to do the work out but studio part excited me may be in future i can hold any events there. Also i saw the gym it looked good as well. I will explore more in this sense.

Chris Mooney If youre really fussy (the type of person who spends most of their holidays taking photos of their hotel room, to post on trip advisor once they get back) youre probably not going to like it. Its not exactly a luxurious/high end spa, and it could do with a bit of a renovation. But if youre more down-to-earth, and just want a decent city centre pool/hot tub/sauna/steam room, youll really like it. Its convenient, and has everything you need.

Reiss Great-sized gym that never feels too busy, with friendly staff and an impressively clean environment. Special shoutout to Vladimir, who always does his absolute best to keep everything in top-tier condition. A lot of other Virgin Active locations could learn a thing or two from this gym.
