5 /5 Ilonka: I started at Evolve18 working with Dean on a 1:1 on my sisters recommendation and its been the best decision I ever made. When I started my confidence was quite low but Dean immediately put me at ease and he gets the balance right between building your confidence and pushing for results. Within weeks I was feeling the difference both in my mindset and body. Dean is always friendly, supportive and encouraging and the nutritional advice has also been a huge help. I recently felt confident enough to try the HIIT classes and boxing with Chris, both of which I love. Ive actually become a person who looks forward to going to the gym which is all down to Dean and Evolve18. Would highly recommend!

The 1:1 and HIIT classes are the toughest yet most satisfying sessions I’ve ever experienced! Dean is an excellent PT with a great approach. So far the 12 week transformation is really working for me and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!
