5 /5 Renata Lopes: I came to Eternite Pilates to recover from a long-term neck, shoulder, and upper back injury. Despite seeing multiple professionals—physios, chiropractors, and acupuncturists—who attributed it to years of poor posture, only Pilates truly made a difference.
As a Pilates beginner, I was impressed by the results. Eternite has been the best studio I’ve found (after trying many). Sue is incredible—attentive, observant, and quick to correct alignment issues during exercises. The positive energy in classes also helped me unwind after stressful workdays. I had a great experience in their small group classes (up to 3 people), where the instructor tailors routines to each individual’s needs. Even in a group, it feels like a private session.
Though I no longer work nearby, I’m making the long commute to attend their new Sunday sessions, since this studio is the one I trust most, especially during my pregnancy. And I have to say: It’s absolutely worth the trip.
