1 /5 C Henderson: I honestly don’t know how this salon is still in business. The level of unprofessionalism is beyond belief. During my appointment, they actually burnt my face, and when I raised it with them, there wasn’t even the decency of an apology. Instead, it was brushed off as if it was nothing.
On top of that, the haircut I received was shocking — completely uneven and nothing like what I had asked for. I’ve attached a photo so you can see the result for yourself. For a place that claims to be a professional salon, the standards are appalling.
If you value your safety, your hair, or simply being treated with respect, do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other salons out there that will treat you properly — this is not one of them.
