5 /5 Ayesha Qurashi: Hands down one of the best nail salons i’ve ever been to. Any time I go the staff are so sweet and inviting, they never fail to offer you a tea or coffee on arrival and they really go above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable, such as having conversations with you while you get your nails done and being so gentle and precise while they work. I’ve tried and tested a lot of nail salons before but I can safely say the quality of the treatment and the nail set I was given at Maison Des Ongles was unbeatable! The nails came out stunning!!!! Will 100% be going back for my future sets

5 /5 Fatima Qurashi: Amazing salon, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their nails done. I came to get Biab before my holiday and not only was it done flawlessly, it lasted my whole holiday and longer! Not to mention how sweet and accommodating the staff were. After trying out a few salon’s it’s safe to say the service here is like no other. Will definitely be coming back.

1 /5 Elle-Rose Moogan: From the moment I walked in the member of staff I dealt with was unpleasant and rude. When you are spending more than £120 on treatments, you deserve to be treated with a little bit of kindness, at least to feel welcomed. I felt like the member of staff saw me as a waste of her time, maybe because I wasn’t getting fun or elaborate nails. She made the appointment really unpleasant, making me feel self conscious about requesting short nails for example, which isn’t exactly how I wanted to feel during a nail appointment. I don’t think I’ve ever had a worst nail appointment if I’m being honest so I wouldn’t recommend anyone else going here if you’re spending your hard earned money on an experience that’s supposed to be pleasant and relaxing. Because my experience wasn’t at all, and it felt like the staff didn’t even want me there. There are far cheaper alternatives by Clapham South who will welcome you with a smile.

5 /5 Deepak Nambisan: This place is fantastic from owner to staff to premises to the coffee. I see Thalita/Talita - best treatments I have ever had. I live in Pembrokeshire but this is my go-to place in London. Highly recommended.

2 /5 Anna Parfjonova: A disappointing experience, especially for a gbp 50+ “luxury” manicure. The finish is lumpy, and my nail chipped on day 4. For the paraffin treatment I was given feet gloves because they didn’t have any for hands - though this is minor compared to the total disappointment of the final result.
