Marie C My physio advised me to start pilates for hip issues and hypermobility, Laura has been an amazing teacher! She helped me understand my hypermobility and how to correct my posture to help reduce my pain and stiffness, and taught me the basics of pilates with a few 1-1 sessions which now allows me to go to her intermediate classes with confidence and tools to avoid injuries, it has been life changing so far! I highly recommend Laura as she is extremely knowledgeable and will make you go beyond your physical issues, thanks again Laura!

Tom Churchill I’ve been going to the gym here for around 2 months now, it’s great. The staff are lovely and welcoming and there’s a really respectful attitude between all the members; asking to use equipment, wiping them down etc. Can be a little busy around lunch and just after office hours but what gym isn’t. Cannot recommend Davide the PT there enough. Super friendly, knowledgeable and flexible with content and sessions. He really goes above and beyond, always available to contact and incredibly supportive.

Sofia Pie New Pilates studio with plenty of natural light, well spaced Pilates beds, that treats its customers fairly, and with highly competent teachers (I trained with Mitz and she was deeply knowledgeable about Pilates, helpful in her corrections and brought a contagious enthusiasm with her). I was positively surprised and plan onto becoming a regular!

Madu Jay PureGym Southgate is a fantastic local gym. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and there’s a great range of equipment so you rarely have to wait long. The 24/7 access is really convenient, and the app makes booking classes or checking how busy it is super easy. Staff are friendly, approachable. The atmosphere is welcoming, good for both beginners and experienced gym-goers. Overall, excellent value for money and one of the best gyms in the area.
