5 /5 Tom Churchill: I’ve been going to the gym here for around 2 months now, it’s great. The staff are lovely and welcoming and there’s a really respectful attitude between all the members; asking to use equipment, wiping them down etc. Can be a little busy around lunch and just after office hours but what gym isn’t. Cannot recommend Davide the PT there enough. Super friendly, knowledgeable and flexible with content and sessions. He really goes above and beyond, always available to contact and incredibly supportive.

3 /5 AJWatson90: The best bit of this gym is the nice staff, friendly atmosphere and overall clean environment. A big negative is in winter the condensation can get really bad, making the gym fairly “muggy”. Secondly the shower rooms can sometimes feel a little damp too which can be unpleasant. Also, due to the size the gym it can be get really busy at certain times so you’ll have to wait a while for a machine or a bench, not ideal when your tight on time.

The equipment is quite new, clean and organised, very nice little sauna room too. the staff members are all very knowledgeable and available to help, i can higly reccomend Davide as he really impressed me with his training approach, im already seeing great improvements in only 3 months! The gym also offers a good variety of classes and all the coaches have been fantastic so fun! Great place to workout!

5 /5 Matt Watson: I joined Energie after a bit of a break in my gym habit. Any apprehension at joining a new gym was immediately erased by the staff, they are lovely (shout out to Lauren, absolute diamond) . The gym itself is really well equipped, never too busy, and theres a great studio area for bodyweight exercise and stretching. Theres a wide range of members, so you never feel like youre in an Instagram nightmare, very relaxed atmosphere. Im also working with one of the personal trainers, Davide. Its always a gamble getting a decent PT, but Davide is a superstar. Just the right balance between making our workouts fun, but also pushing me hard. I have quite specific exercise problems due to a past illness, and Davide constantly shows his knowledge in resolving some very specific mobility problems, rather than putting me on a generic exercise plan. Thoroughly recommend this place, five stars all round.
