Eleanora Angeliniadis I have been going to STRONG for over a year now, and I can confirm that it is my favorite workout studio in London! The workouts are a really great mix of pilates, cardio and strength, meaning you don’t need to supplement with other classes. The trainers are amazing, and it’s really a friendly atmosphere. I always leave feeling energized!

Louie Wong Friendly and helpful staff. The Swimming pool is on par if not better than those in expensive gyms. Court booking is easy, the gym and the court are nice. Facilities are not world class but are enough for leisure play. 10x more value you get here than those ridiculous packages at David Lloyds. A real shame it is closing down next year. Going to miss our friend Jay there.

Pieremilio Vizzini I had the most incredible experience at this Pilates studio! After trying countless other places to address persistent pain, I finally found relief here. What sets them apart is their scientific approach. Gerry and Tai don’t just treat the symptoms; they dive deep to uncover the root cause of the issue. They identify connections in parts of the body that you would never even think could be related to the pain you’re experiencing. The level of expertise and care they bring to each session is truly remarkable. I can’t recommend them enough—if you’ve been struggling with pain, this is the place to go! The atmosphere is very cosy and friendly.

Stephen Coyne Im down in Worthing for a week working i train regularly and need a good gym wherever I am in the country. South coast gym is a well equipped very clean proper gym and if im ever in Worthing I will be training here again
