Ines I fell in love with Hitsona after my very first workout.. This is not a typical gym ..It is a welcoming commununity where everyone supports each other. The atmosphere is free of intimidation and full of amazing people. The workouts are fantastic with small group classes that are focused.If youre on the fence, come check it out ..Youll love it!

Shona Morrison Treated myself to a spa day at Beechdown, Ive never been before so didnt know what to expect. They have a really good gym area with a wide range of fixed weights and free weights, as well as a great Les Mills classes timetable. I used the gym, spa and had a treatment. The spa has what you need, 2 steam rooms, 2 saunas, chill chamber (cold), heated tiled beds and swimming pool. I had a full body massage from Anisa, which was amazing. The Brasserie has a fantastic menu too.
