5 /5 Gaby: I have really loved being a member of Fitness flex. All of the trainers are supportive and motivating and the other members are so friendly. My fitness and health has improved very quickly. They give you the opportunity to take everything at your own pace whilst encouraging you to work hard and become the best version of yourself. This is the best gym I have ever been a member of. They provide full body workouts and yoga which I had never done previously and I equally love this session. All of the trainers have taught me so much and been very patient. The facilities are perfect and there are lots of classes which helps you to keep a continuity of exercising whilst working variety of shift patterns.

5 /5 Daisy Catling-Allen: Absolutely deserve the five stars above. Ive been going here for almost 2 months and I can say its the best decision Ive made in a long time. The bootcamps sessions are hard, no doubt, but so fun. Everyone here is so helpful and encouraging - both staff and members. Ive been pretty inactive for a number of years and I was very worried starting out, but even from the first session staff and other members were helping me adjust and just do my best. I can now confidently say that Im fitter and stronger than I was 2 months ago as well as more confident. As a last point, this has been amazing for my mental health. Staff here have great methods for everyone and their own exercising styles and goals especially with mental and physical health issues.

5 /5 Barry Ramsay: I have worked a stationary desk job for 26 years, Ive been active but it still takes its toll. In 3 months Ive seen big improvements in my mobility, strength and overall fitness. Im more interested in going to their classes than a gym. Workouts are different everytime and you can make them more or less challenging. Friendly atmosphere, welcoming and helpful trainers.
