adam pinder I’ve been training here for over a year and I can honestly say I love this place. I’ve had (ongoing) PT sessions with Sou and Maria, both are outstanding. It’s by far the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to, the whole team are lovely, and they’re always quick to help with any queries. The classes are spot on as well. Couldn’t recommend it more. Its been a game changer for both my physical and mental health.

vee ill Fantastic circuit classes and outstanding gym instructors! They helped me train for both HYROX London and the Spartan Beast 21km. The gym has an incredibly welcoming atmosphere—they’re great at helping break the ice and making it easy to meet new people.

Hannah Pocket Yoga -

Alice D’Oc Hannah is a great teacher. Her classes are organised and meaningful. She is friendly, calm and very competent. I have made so much progress thanks to her patience and corrections. It is always a pleasure to go. I highly recommend.

Eternite Pilates Studio - 592 Finchley Rd

Renata Lopes I came to Eternite Pilates to recover from a long-term neck, shoulder, and upper back injury. Despite seeing multiple professionals—physios, chiropractors, and acupuncturists—who attributed it to years of poor posture, only Pilates truly made a difference. As a Pilates beginner, I was impressed by the results. Eternite has been the best studio I’ve found (after trying many). Sue is incredible—attentive, observant, and quick to correct alignment issues during exercises. The positive energy in classes also helped me unwind after stressful workdays. I had a great experience in their small group classes (up to 3 people), where the instructor tailors routines to each individual’s needs. Even in a group, it feels like a private session. Though I no longer work nearby, I’m making the long commute to attend their new Sunday sessions, since this studio is the one I trust most, especially during my pregnancy. And I have to say: It’s absolutely worth the trip.

Aziz Adil Excellent facilities here, immaculate cricket pitch, clay, hard and lawn tennis courts + squash. There’s also a relaxing cafe bar with a viewing area & balcony, perfect to come on a weekend and chill out for a bit! The food is prepared fresh by the chefs, the chicken & beef is HALAL fyi (we asked), tasted good, a bit of a wait (about 15-20 mins) but no complaints. Prices are standard considering the area and venue. I tried the Hyderabad biryani which was an 8/10 for me, could have done with some potato I thought!

Esteve Borras Mora I’ve been training with Anthony in his group sessions since January 2025, and I can’t recommend him highly enough! Sessions always start right on time, no matter what. His infectious energy turns routine into fun—like when he transformed a few exercises into a Squid Game-style challenge or let us throw basketballs to score points and reduce squad wall time. Explanations are crystal clear—he breaks down techniques so anyone can follow, beginner or experienced. He fosters a true sense of community you want to be part of. In under a year, my strength, endurance, and overall fitness have improved dramatically. If you want enjoyable, effective, and communal training, join Anthony’s sessions—you won’t regret it!
