Philip King Excellent spin class - Hannah was very welcoming whilst I visited for one class whilst on an Isle of Wight holiday. Good facilities and setup, you wont see loads of screens of data here - just bikes and vibes. Ive been spinning on my Peloton for the last 5 years - and will definitely be looking for some live studio classes back home. Id encourage anyone visiting on holiday like me to join a class with Vibe. It was great fun, and a welcome hour break away from the kids!

Luke Starling Great gym, great variety of equipment, best of all for those visiting the island you can pay as you go. Excellent parking, I had space and I was in a lorry. 10/10 would definitely use again if/when I come back to the island.

Mike Day So much goes on here on a Sunday morning, as all ages play a variety of competitive games. Training sessions are attended and in season the ski slope is open. Dog walkers and their pets meet and enjoy the weather. It is a great outdoor space just to amble around and enjoy the views and fresh air. Parking is not a big concern as there are three nearby free parking areas. There are public toilets and a snack shack.

Mary Smith I started going to SLAM Aldershot to exercise and I gained so much more! I have met some amazing Mummies who I now consider to be some of my closest friends. Jemima has pushed me to run further, lift heavier weights and just generally increase my fitness levels. She’s also been amazing at helping me get back to exercising after a recent knee energy. If you are looking for a Mum/Child friendly class in this area I urge you to give SLAM a go!
