Urban Metro Fitness Gym - (Near , UK)

Emily I would recommend this gym to anyone. As someone who has never set foot in a gym before, I had a tour and then started with some classes. All the classes have been super friendly and inclusive of all abilities. They are easy to book via the app. A few classes built me up with the confidence to start going to the gym on my own. Outside of staffed hours I’ve always felt super safe (lots of cctv and an emergency number if any issues, not that I’ve had any!) and inside staffed hours the staff are super friendly and it’s always handy to have someone around to help with equipment, etc. The equipment I’ve wanted has always been available, so no waiting around either!

Nicole Falleur I used to go here as a kid around 1980 ! Its still here to this day ! My friends still take their children here now to swim & play in the park :-) dog friendly too

Nath J Did a competition here... Super professional, sorry friendly and supportive, learned a lot, clearly a great place to improve oneself etc (also won #justsayin) But must importantly to me.... The barbells are lovely and well maintained. Thanks for a great day
