Lizzie Snihur All the PT’s are so knowledgeable and friendly. Mass, Michelle, Nuri, Olly & Sonny all have an enthusiasm and passion for helping you reach your goals. Scott and Sam are the nicest and most caring people you could meet. I have been to many gyms and bootcamp groups but I have had the best results here. Converted approximately 4kg of fat to muscle and improved my fitness to a higher level. They offer a variety of classes at different times and are always putting on new events and challenges so there’s always something different going on to keep you engaged. It’s not just the PT’s that make this place so special, the other members are a wonderful bunch of people who make going to the gym a really enjoyable experience. It’s a genuinely lovely place to be.

Yossouf Abrous RS BJJ is exceptional! The instructor he is skilled, approachable, and dedicated to each student’s progress. The classes are well-structured, challenging, and supportive, creating a perfect balance of technique and physical conditioning. The welcoming atmosphere and strong sense of community make training here a joy. The facilities are always clean and well-equipped. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, RS BJJ is the ideal place to train. Highly recommended!

Alex Andra This place has fabulous energy and is a beautiful relaxing sage space for a retreat. The hosts are exceptional in looking after you. I highly recommend going and experiencing Pai for yourself

CSM Security Locksmiths It’s a good gym and the price is fair! I’ve been to a few gyms around Milton Keynes, and this is by far the cleanest! Angelina never stops — everywhere I go, she’s there cleaning!
