David McMillan Great gym. All the equipment you would need. Location is perfect with local amenities and plenty of parking. Staff are really friendly and attentive, particularly Tommy and one of the PTs, Kelvin. The gym has a friendly atmosphere with lots of the members knowing each other by name, though the friendly faces are always happy to help out newcomers.

great linford Cerberus Fantastic Staff and Place!!! They allowed us to hold a Football Presentation here and wow it was just perfect!! The annex was the perfect size for our Under 14 team plus fit in all the team comfortably also. Special Mentions to Mo and Georgia there. They were so amazing and helpful!!

Emma Chauhan Been doing pilates with Alice for 7 years. She has seen me through 3 pregnancies, labours and post-partum recoveries and now through Covid with some much-needed me-time. Tom King Great gym!! Best gym for its price range. Comes with great top of the range equipment, a large free weights section and plenty of benches. Steam room, recovery pool and hot tub all included. It’s spacious enough to not feel like you’re on top of everyone else while working out!!! Staff all at the Milton Keynes fitness first are very helpful and polite!! They are also very professional and would never guide you wrongly!! Nothing bad to say about this gym especially compared to other gyms I have been a member of previously

Khushboo Surana Eyd is a great trainer. He listens and observes well before giving his best advice. Pushes you to your limits and makes notes of your progress. Is methodical and possesses great deal of knowledge about body and nutrition. I am quite happy with the investment I had made and look forward to our future sessions.
