Katie Wells I have been attending weekly yoga classes with Sarah since 2002.
They have been a joy and a blessing making a difference to all aspects of my life, encompassing physical, spiritual and mental well-being. Her calm and gentle approach working with the natural rhythm and movement of the body have strengthened and increased the flexibility of my limbs helping me to protect my body from the rigours of everyday life. Her holistic approach has also given me mental resilience through difficult times.
