Nicole Tang Such lovely staff and amazing nails Updated 2 years later The detail on all the nails I get here are incredible. The reviews on Google I believe do not reflect the staffs time and quality. To back up the staff here Id say any reviews that mention wrong colours or misapplication is either due 1. if you book a gel appointment and then end up choosing a regular nail polish they advise you a similar colour they have in the gel range same applies for any manicure, sns, biab and acrylic. Ive had my nails done here at least 6 or 7 times a year and many times I have complicated designs which take 2-3 hours sometimes the colour wont match the pictures Ive chosen to show (BECAUSE ONLINE IS FILTERED OR UNLIMITED COLOURS ARE NEVER AVAILABLE). So compromise is needed even when the design is 10/10. Continuously throughout every appointment, I speak up if theres something I disagree with, shorter longer shape, colour the whole nine. Nail techs cant always read minds and especially when everyone have different standards and expectations for their nails. If you dont ask you dont get, entitlement alone is no excuse. Love you team see you for my Christmas nail. P.S Speaking in Vietnamese, Mandarin or any language isnt illegal theyre all family there :)

I am very satisfied, fast, efficient, nice atmosphere. the first hairdresser in my life who didnt pull my hair, didnt burn me with a hairdryer, and fixed what the last hairdresser had broken. Sarah Packwood Had dermaplaning with Lou, she was friendly and professional and followed all the covid guidance so i felt very safe during my 1 hr treatment. I found the treatment really relaxing and my skin was noticably glowing after and made me feel great - my husband even noticed which is saying something! Would highly recommend.
