Booked for a 5pm appointment, only to be messaged by the lady to try and move me to a day that suits her as her last appointment is midday (I understand that on some level) but am unable to do any other day which I made clear. I accept a later appointment with another colleague as long as Im not charged extra only to be messaged to say she isnt working can I do another day! Very frustrating! cancelled the appointment and the only response I got back was okay no worries As in they dont care! Never going back to this place! If I could put no stars I would!

5 /5 Rohan Morley: Natalie was very good. I got a package deal for my eyebrows and eyelashes. Although it was my first time getting my eyelashes lifted and tinted, I found it very relaxing andI did nearly fall asleep. I will definitely be going back!

I am very satisfied, fast, efficient, nice atmosphere. the first hairdresser in my life who didnt pull my hair, didnt burn me with a hairdryer, and fixed what the last hairdresser had broken. I will definitely come back. Im glad I finally found a real hairdresser. thank you very much and see you soon. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
