Mavish Firstly I would like to say the owner of this shop is so nice and she treats everyone like family and not customers she is a very nice lady i have been coming here for many years and have always received very good service the Staff are well mannered and they respect their customers. Brilliant treatment and super service I always get! I recommend Sana she does the best and least painful waxing I can trust her with my eyes closed her threading is very nice so happy with results everything sana does is with perfection Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family ❤️

I am very satisfied, fast, efficient, nice atmosphere. the first hairdresser in my life who didnt pull my hair, didnt burn me with a hairdryer, and fixed what the last hairdresser had broken. Sharanya Sood My go to for all things nails and beauty! Lisa is a magician and painted nails that I had shown her on instagram with the exact (I think even better) nail art than what I showed her!!! Recently have also had an amazing experience with Rina who comes from the Loughton branch I believe - did facial and soak off + manicure and oh my God I cannot stop praising her. Her technique, attention to detail and skill is simply incredible. She is very warm and treated me like her own and that really adds the cherry to the cake in quality of service. The best facial I’ve had till now!

Faiza I went to Nat for the first time today to get my eyebrows laminated. It’s something I’ve never done before but I absolutely loved the end results. Nat made me so comfortable, was very sweet and gave me the results I was looking for. I truly fell in love with how she did my eyebrows she’s amazing. Emma Hart Second time I have visited VIP nails, I walked in without having an appointment and was told they could do my nails but I would need to wait 10/15 minutes which I was more than happy with. Really nice kind atmosphere and I’m happy with my nails, would definitely recommend.
