5 /5 Caroline Salter: I signed up to Busy Lizzy when my daughter was around 3 months old and have been a regular member ever since. It was a brilliant way to form some kind of a routine when everything feels chaotic, to take some time out for me, to meet other mums and for my daughter to be around other babies.
The classes were great (especially HIIT with Mark, yoga and baby yoga with Hari), the class teachers are knowledgeable about post-natal health and the Busy Lizzy team are friendly and efficient. The only reason why I am ending my membership is because my daughter is now on the move, and so I spend most of the class chasing after her, rather than taking part!
When I first signed up, I thought that it was quite expensive. However, given the range of classes on offer (numerous mum exercise classes, messy play, baby music classes, baby massage...), it has been the only thing Ive needed to sign up to and so actually worked out cheaper than signing up to multiple separate classes.
A huge thank you for Eve and the Busy Lizzy gang for making my maternity leave so enjoyable.
