5 /5 VIC: Ive been coming to this gym for three months, and Ive really committed to attending almost 3-4 classes a week. I noticed my body shape started to change after just one month. I appreciate that the classes are intense and sometimes last less than an hour, which fits perfectly with my schedule. You can go at your own pace, as everyone has their own level.
I’ve found Mark and Pandora to be extremely professional. During class, they always explain how to do the exercises and ensure youre doing them correctly. I have a problem with the muscles near my neck, and they always find alternative exercises for me, which I really appreciate.
I love yoga, and I haven’t found anything very satisfying at some of the yoga clubs around the area. But this gym has a little gem: the yoga teacher Brenda is probably one of the best in South London. Unfortunately, theres only one lesson per week, but if you like yoga, this class is a must-try.
Don’t be intimidated—give it a go. You won’t regret it!
