Dan made us feel welcome, and the instructors explained everything.
You literally do your best, go as hard and fast as you feel comfortable with.
I am very unfit, cant run to save my life, but did my best.
I enjoyed it, everyone was friendly and encouraging, and lets face it, even they had to start somewhere.
Booked our second session, Im totally shattered, but looking forward to it, and hope to see and feel improvements over the coming months.
Nobody judging, nobody pushing to make it uncomfortable.
If you are thinking about it, do it, we did, and if I can walk through those gates and give it a go, you can too.
