Ross Taylor Not a bad gym albeit quiet small. The squash courts are very good and are always well maintained. The only thing that stopped me from using 1leisure facilities is the opening times, they need to move into the 21st century and realise that we are no longer working in a 9-5 world.

Tess Habens I cant thank Jay enough for the difference his training has made to my health and fitness. Jay has a polite and professional manner and a fair pricing strategy. The workout sessions are always good fun and you are pushed to achieve your best. Don be shy if like me you havent done any exercise for years as Jay will soon get you up and running! Four months in and I cant believe the difference Jays Fitness and Personal Training has made to how I feel about being strong and healthy.

Paul Adams I brought my step daugther along to the gym for a taster in the 8 - 15 years session. She was very nervous, but didnt need to be. Straight into some 1 to 1 with one of the coaches, to get her started. She soon relaxed and had a most enjoyable session. Good cardio workout and a great vibe about the place. Shell be back!
