5 /5 Pavol Fabry: I joined Body Charge Studio in October, so this review is after a bit more than two months of going every week.
My main reason for joining was my Achilles rupture back in April. I still couldn’t do proper weight lifting in the gym, so I spoke with Simon about EMS training. He explained that it’s low impact and could help me rebuild strength, especially in my calves and glutes. That’s exactly what I needed.
After these two months, I’ve made good progress:
• I’ve lost over 5% body fat
• Around 6 kg down
• Gained over 2% muscle mass
• Feeling stronger overall
The sessions are good. Kate and Simon are great trainers, and they push you in a safe way so you get the most out of every session. Before each workout you get an InBody scan, so you can see your progress every week. They also explain what the numbers mean, which helped me understand where I’m improving.
Starting these sessions also helped me sort out my diet, which supported my recovery even more.
