A huge part of this success is thanks to my personal trainer, Benjamin. His approach is genuinely holistic and unlike anything I’ve experienced before. He is thoughtful, motivating, and incredibly intentional. He doesn’t just push you through a workout, he looks at the bigger picture, the long-term, the habits and mindset behind the training. He focuses on creating changes that are sustainable, not quick fixes, and that has made all the difference. Benjamin’s eally listens, adapts, and motivates in a way that feels personal and meaningful. For the first time in my life, I’m not just “going to the gym”, I’m building a lifestyle I can actually sustain. And beyond the incredible training, the entire BTX team deserves an appreciation. Everyone is so welcoming, kind, and genuinely invested in your success. The atmosphere is fun, energetic, and positive, exactly the kind of place you actually look forward to going to. I can’t recommend BTX highly enough. If you’ve struggled like I did for years, or feel stuck in your routine, this is the place that will finally make it click.

5 /5 Snoops: I’ve had an amazing experience training with BTX, and I want to give a special shout-out to my trainer, Benji. He was incredibly professional, thoughtful, and attentive throughout my sessions. He was always mindful of any injuries I had, adapting exercises when needed, which really made me feel safe and supported. Beyond the physical training, Benji was also considerate of my approach to nutrition. I love my food, and I enjoy cooking and eating out, so restriction has never been realistic for me. He focused on creating a sustainable, long-term lifestyle approach rather than a short-term fix, which made the process both enjoyable and realistic. He consistently gave plenty of time and guidance, not just on training, but also from a mental health perspective and in supporting other challenges that could impact my progress. The whole BTX team is fantastic. The environment is welcoming, supportive (and fun!). James has always been available on the phone to provide advice on nutrition and gut health and to discuss any challenges I had. The whole team is responsive, genuine, and always willing to help, which makes a real difference. Overall, my experience with BTX has been great. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, thoughtful, and holistic personal training.

5 /5 JJ L: Professional, incredible customer service and knowledgeable. I have learnt a lot behind why and how exercises are done and all the background information does make a difference as to why my body feels how it does after a workout. I ask a tonne of questions here and there and they all have been answered in great detail. It’s always hard work to exercise and being a full time professional, I needed a push to get me to spend my free time building my fitness. Benjamin has an ever optimistic attitude and brings a can do attitude to the training sessions. It’s more crucial to have that environment and personality when training might be the last thing you want to do after a tough day. You always feel welcomed to train, which is probably an underrated asset to have in a gym. Workout plans are organised and the nutritional plan is done well and is personalised. It will be some time until the training is done but this positive structure is probably the best thing I’ve done for my fitness so far. I hope we can keep this up.

If you’re in North London, this is definitely the place to go. Mariyan knows how to push you without it feeling overwhelming, and the sessions are always fun and motivating. The gym has such a friendly vibe - couldn’t recommend them enough!
