1 /5 Leandro Tavares: Laquan should learn basic skills on how to talk to customers first; he calls it educating. Well, today I wasnt educated but the opposite. I was approached by this so-called personal trainer, Laquan, because apparently I was using a machine wrong. Well, fair enough—Im here to learn too, even though I have frequented gyms since I was a kid. Moments later, the funny moment caught my attention: this personal trainer was doing leg presses (with light weight) and dropping the weights hard, which makes noise and definitely damages the cables. It was my turn to educate him and explain that he could damage the machine, but Laquan is a know-it-all and started arguing and swearing — not professional. If you want to educate, expect to learn too. This gym is great tough
