5 /5 Amanda Quinn: I started Pilates with Nikki about 5 years ago as my chiropractor had recommended Nikki to help build my core strength, as I was having some back problems at the time. Nikki was/is fantastic and each session with her challenges me, but is great fun at the same time. My body has become so much stronger thanks to her excellent tuition and I really enjoy my sessions with her. I would highly recommend Nikki and am so glad that Pilates is part of my life.

5 /5 D F: I’ve been attending one-to-one Pilates sessions, on a weekly basis, at Niki’s studio since 2019. Niki is a very patient, personable and professional instructor. And after all these years she still introduces new or modified techniques, so no two sessions are ever the same. Gradually my inner core has strengthened and my once frequent backaches, following bouts of gardening and decorating, have become a thing of the past.

5 /5 Nic Borremans: I really enjoy going to Nikki. It is like visiting a very good friend. She has always listened to me and adapted my sessions depending on how the body feels. She has always answered very satisfactorily any questions I have had concerning my Pilates sessions. I originally went to Nikki when I decided that I needed to take action to improve a bad back and aching joints and muscles. Nikki constantly supported me through this period and encouraged me to exercise correctly. I now rarely experience any of those problems unless it is because I have used the muscles in Pilates! Now she ensures that she gives me a challenge every session which really suits me and my concentration levels are high. When I leave the sessions I experience a feeling of well being and I have been mentally stimulated. Now at 78 years old I feel fitter and stronger! I have also had Reiki sessions with Nikki . They are so relaxing and the stress of daily life disappear. I leave the studio in a different and positive frame of mind. I would highly recommend Nikki.
