5 /5 Robin Bass: From start to finish my experience on my wedding day with Penny was fantastic! We had to change our date multiple times due to Covid and venue renovations but I contacted Penny straight away and luckily she was able to move my booking. I went for a taster session and it was a great experience, its the first time I had had professional make up and hair so I was a little unsure what I wanted, but Pennys expertise kicked in and I managed to decide quickly based on her advice. Penny understood what I was looking for and asked about my lifestyle too which I liked as she advised me how to look after my skin and hair in the lead up to the big day. Penny was always there with prompt email reply to any questions I had, I knew I wasnt the only bride, far from it, but it didnt feel like that! On the day, Penny arrived on time and set to work. She was a great person to have around on the morning of the wedding, calm, experienced and always happy to lend advice. I had 4 bridesmaids with completely different lengths of hair and tastes, but she made the looks work for each of them! Penny took everything in her stride and the timing she advised was perfect! I loved that she was able to do my bridal hair and make up, my bridesmaids and my mums makeup! it really helped having one artist complete the looks! I am sad to say Penny burnt her hand whilst doing my hair, after I reached for a drink, but again, she honestly went above and beyond to finish my hair, in what I am sure was a lot of pain! I would recommend Penny 10000% for all your beauty needs and wedding day! Penny made me feel the absolute best version on myself ! Thank you, forever grateful Hannah Bass

I booked with her at short notice so I was so thankful for her flexibility and quick communication. During my trial session, she really took the time to understand the style I wanted and gave great tips for preparing my hair for the wedding day! On the day itself, Penny was so professional, calm and easy to talk to. I was so happy with how she styled my hair. Even though she came early in the morning, my hair style stayed put throughout the day and into the evening. I would recommend Penny to any future bride - you wont be disappointed!

She made getting ready such a great experience and is one of the loveliest people you will meet. Both for my trial, and on the day, she was understanding of my skin conditions (eczema) and gave me valuable skincare advice. She uses quality products and produces amazing results. I felt amazing with my hair and make-up done, but I still felt like me, Penny really understood both my style and the style of my bridesmaids. We weren’t rushing to get ready, she had the whole thing perfectly timed out and I felt so at ease. The hair & makeup of both myself and my bridesmaids held up incredibly well, even the bridesmaid whose hair is notorious for not holding curls had her style still in place by the end of the evening. I would recommend Penny to everyone, whatever treatment you have with her, I know you’ll be happy because she’s so talented and such a nice person.

5 /5 Kitty: Penny did my makeup for an evening event and the results were amazing. As a crossdresser there are obvious challenges but she is very experienced and her techniques and products were excellent. I had many makeup compliments in the evening and felt fab after my session. She’s also a lovely woman who’s very friendly and interesting and I enjoyed chatting with her. I also learned a lot from the session too. Trans girls should definitely use and I will rebook next time I am in the area. Thanks Penny
